1. 个人简介:

南方医科大学,病理与病理生理学博士毕业,广东省杰出青年医学人才,博士生导师,独立PI。美国癌症学会会员,美国基因与细胞治疗学会会员,中国细胞生物学会会员,广东省药学会制药工程专业委员会委员。主持国家和省部级课题8项(4项国家自然基金面上项目,1项广东省自然基金重点项目,1项广东省科技计划国际合作,1项广东省自然科学基金面上项目,1项广州市科技计划) 

 

2. 主要研究方向

非编码RNA,基因编辑和嵌合抗原受体介导的T细胞免疫治疗。主要研究内容包括:非编码RNA在炎症和肿瘤中的作用机制;CRISPR-Cas9基因编辑和筛选;CAR-T细胞治疗。利用RNA-Seq开展炎性细胞激活在胶质瘤等恶性肿瘤中的作用机制研究;利用基因敲除小鼠模型研究非编码RNA在炎症向恶性肿瘤转化中的作用机制,开展以CRISPR-Cas9和CAR-T技术编辑免疫细胞进行细胞治疗的研究。
